Checkweighing Scale Portions Boxes and Containers
A new checkweighing scale that features a full numeric keypad and provides audio-visual alarms to simplify kitting and other bench top weighing applications is being introduced by Alliance Scale, Inc. of Canton, MA.
The Alliance/OHAUSŪ Model CKW Checkweighing Scale features a dedicated target key and a numeric keypad, permitting fast entry of set points and the flexi- bility for positive or negative checkweighing with <2 second stabilization.
Designed for kitting, portion control, and similar applications, it lets users enter set points by range, weight, or percent variance from target and has a bar graph and audio-visual alarms to simplify operations.
Designed for a wide range of environments, the Alliance/OHAUSŪ Model CKW Checkweighing Scale has a stainless steel NEMA 4X/IP66 wash down enclosure with a stainless steel column, and 304 stainless steel platform and frame. Offered with a 10" or 12" sq. footprint to save space, this scale is powered by 100/240VAC (NiMH battery optional), has an RS232 interface (RS485/422 optional), and is NSF, USDA-AMS certified and OIML approved.
