Versatile Checkweigher Offers Two Weight Ranges.
Inspect both light and heavy packages with the same Ishida DACS-G checkweigher. Easily switch between two weight ranges to verify the package weight or content count of a variety of products. DACS-G-S015 checkweighs 6g to 600g in 0.05g graduations and 15g to 1.5kg in 0.1g increments. DACS-G-S060 lets you select between 30 to 3kg in 0.2g increments and 60g to 6kg in 0.5g graduations.
DACS-G uses Ishida's proprietary double-beam load cell and noise reduction technology to deliver consistently precise verification of weight or product count. Models are available with IP-69K washdown and IP-30 ratings. Fast, accurate product changeovers are accomplished by simply selecting operating presets stored in memory. No-tools removal of conveyor belts and the open design of the stainless steel framework reduce sanitation costs. Flash memory allows simple off-line reporting and management of production data. For an integrated packaging system, DACS-G checkweighers can be combined with Ishida multihead weighers, CEIA metal detectors, and Ishida X-ray inspection systems.
