New Monolithic Ceramic Pressure Sensors are Fully Calibrated for High Pressure and Harsh Applications

Servoflo Corporation of Lexington, Massachusetts is pleased to announce the ME75X Ceramic Pressure Sensor Series for measuring high pressures in air, harsh or liquid environments.

These monolithic piezoresistive ceramic sensors are available in various gauge pressure ranges from 2 to 400 bar. An onboard ASIC provides an amplified and calibrated output. With a wide operating temperature range of -25°C to +125°C, three output options are available: 0.5-4.5V ratiometric, 4-20 mA, or 0-10V non-ratiometric. When the temperature changes, the internal electronics provides an offset and span correction along with aging detection and compensation.

The ME75X Series has high linearity and repeatability ranging from <0.2% to <1.5% depending on the pressure range with an overall accuracy of <1% full-scale. A fast response time of <5 milliseconds combined with excellent chemical resistance allows for use in the most demanding applications. The diameter of the ME75X Series is 18 mm. EMI certification is included.

Typical applications include industrial and process automation, medical, liquid level measurement, consumer goods, transportation and more. Sample pricing is approximately $40 each. 1000 piece pricing is $16.75 each.
