Comprised of 3 parts, case making system can produce 40-50 covers/hr under supervision of one operator. Glue machine component is available for cold water-based or hot animal glues. Used for precision placement of binder board, integrated alignment table features tiltable table and uses suction to hold cover. Edge turner, also included, turns in edges of cover to firmly attach and bond to board.

Gluefast Introduces New Case Making System for Binderies at the Print '09 Show!
The Gluefast Company is proud to introduce a simple case making system which consists of three parts:
Glue machine: available for cold water based glues or hot animal glues.
Alignment Table: For precision placement of the binder board featuring tiltable table and suction to hold the cover.
Edge Turner: Turns in the edges of the cover to firmly attach and bond to the board.
Simple to use and maintain this system can produce 40-50 covers per hour with one operator.
