Measuring 60 x 32 in., ECONOSEAL E-System 2000 provides solution for automatic, horizontal cartoning at up to 1,500 cartons/hr. System handles cartons ranging from 1 x ¾ x 2 ½ in. to 12 x 4 x 12 in., and accommodates both paperboard and corrugated material. Machine erects all cartons on single product loading station, closes all end flaps using glue seal end or tuck closure methods, and automatically discharges completed cartons for next operation.

The ECONOSEAL E-System 2000 provides a unique solution to automatic, horizontal cartoning at up to 1,500 cartons per hour, offering the broadest carton size range, while using a minimum of floor space. The base machine, including a hot melt glue system or tuck closure system, starts at only $34,500 USD, ex-works Randolph, MA.
This ergonomically friendly machine automatically:
o Erects cartons onto a single product loading station
o Allows an operator to load product with the help of a stainless steel guide shelf or can be equipped with optional automatic product loading conveyors and devices.
o Closes all end flaps using either glue seal end or tuck closure methods
o Automatically discharges completed cartons for the next operation
o Optional date/lot coding devices and other options can also be incorporated into the design
This is a machine that line operators can truly take ownership of and have pleasure using due to its simplicity of design. With only a few moving parts, the personnel on the packaging line quickly learn to understand how the machine works and get comfortable with the operation. In most cases, the operators on the line take responsibility for basic machine maintenance and size changeovers.
The basic machine frame is only 60" long x 32" wide (1524 x 813mm). Its compact design does not compromise an extremely flexible and large carton size range capability of 1 x ¾ x 2 ½" (25 x 19 x 64mm) to 12 x 4 x 12" (305 x 102 x 305mm). The E-System 2000 accommodates both paperboard and corrugated material.
