Kliklok-Woodman Introduce CertiWrap Wrap-Around Carrier Cartoner

The NEW CertiWrap is designed to package low profile meal trays, tubs or pots - individually, in multi-packs, or layered - in wrap-around paperboard sleeves. It can handle various carton profiles including full, economy and watchstrap styles, to maximize material economy and adapt to changing market requirements.

CertiWrap incorporates a twin-arm rotary carton feeder with an extended, powered supply magazine to reduce demands on the machine operator. A servo-driven automatic product infeed and quiet, low maintenance drive system provide complete control throughout, with independent product and package conveying and registration lugs. A cantilevered overhead carton conveyor allows easy access for improved machine sanitation. Cartons are sealed with hot-melt adhesive applied from an enclosed, pressurized nozzle type applicator. The CertiWrap's stainless steel frame and stainless construction make it suitable for most frozen food environments.

Uni-packs or Multi-packs can be accommodated, along with single or dual-row, and single or double-layer package configurations at speeds to 150 CPM. Allen-Bradley® PLC controls, with a color touch screen and Insight® Graphic User Interface provide Automatic "Expert" Set-up, programmable size changes, intuitive operation and simplified interface with upstream systems.
