Dual-function carpet cleaners, model XPH-5815CH, XPH-5910CH and XPH-5915CH provide pressure levels as high as 150 psi and temperatures as high as 210ºF. They offer 100 in. of water lift, 10 in. single jet carpet wand, and optional wands for upholstery/spot cleaning and stairs. Incorporating 12 in. enclosed four-jet squeegee wand tool, units can be used for non-heated cleaning and simultaneous extraction on sealed vinyl floors, sealed and unsealed concrete, tile, limestone, and marble.

Daimer Industries Announces Three New Dual-Function Carpet Cleaners That Work on Hard Floors

New additions to the XTreme Power® 5000 line offer higher pressure levels and/or higher steam temperatures.
WOBURN, MA - February 23, 2009 - Daimer Industries, a leading manufacturer and distributor of commercial cleaning products, added the XPH-5815CH, XPH-5910CH and XPH-5915CH to its existing 5000 line of XTreme Power® carpet cleaners that offer hard floor capabilities. The new machines offer a mix of pressure levels and steam temperatures designed to meet the needs of residential and commercial customers.
"The new dual function additions to the 5000 line of carpet cleaners provide pressure levels as high as 150 psi and temperatures as high as 210º F," said Matthew Baratta, Daimer spokesman. "The special hard surface cleaning attachment works on most porous and non-porous surfaces. It's ideal for bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, outside decks, walkways, even garage floors."
Two Capabilities, One Carpet Cleaner
These dual function carpet cleaners offer the popular features found in other XTreme Power® machines, such as low-flow technology for fast drying, high-pressure levels and vapor steam cleaning. All three machines offer 100 inches of water lift, a 10-inch single jet carpet wand, and optional wands for upholstery/spot cleaning and stairs. The products include an adjustable control capability that lets the operator adjust the temperature to the type of carpet.
For hard surface cleaning, the machines employ a 12 inch, enclosed four-jet squeegee wand tool, which allows for non-heated cleaning and simultaneous extraction on sealed vinyl floors, sealed and unsealed concrete, linoleum, tile, limestone, marble, and other sealed and non-sealed surfaces.
About the Machines
The XPH-5815CH carpet cleaner is similar to the existing XPH-5810CH except that it offers higher pressure levels of up to 150 psi. The XPH-5910CH and XPH-5915CH units offer higher steam temperatures of up to 210º F -- versus 150º F for the 5800 models -- and shorter drying times of as little as two hours. The 5900 carpet cleaners also offer two inline heating elements.
Green Cleaner
With all of the company's vapor steam cleaners, Daimer recommends a biodegradable, non-toxic green carpet cleaner, such as its Eco-Green® Carpet Care solution. To use the product, users first vacuum the carpet, spray it with the Carpet Care, and then use the carpet cleaner equipment.
