Patented Card Guide System Provides Unbeatable Stability in Harsh Environments

LOWELL, MA -- Triple E Corporation's card guide cluster assembly is the ideal solution for enclosure systems intended for use in harsh environment commercial, industrial and military applications. The guide assembly meets IEEE1101.10 and IEEE1101.11 specifications and is fully compliant with all Eurocage based systems including VME, VME64X, VXS, PXI and cPCI standards.

The 901 Series card guide cluster features Triple E's patented all-extruded aluminum construction creating a monolithic card guide structure with exceptional stability and durability compared to plastic card guides. The metal card guide completely eliminates flexing and warping problems, provides flameproof protection and better heat transfer.

Card guides in 1, 2, 3 or 4-slot clusters are easily interchangeable with most plastic card guides for convenient replacement upgrades. Standard colors include green (power supply), red (CPU) and smooth aluminum (I/O). Guide versions are available to support VME board depths from 80mm to 400mm, all keying, ESD, and alignment pin features. All-aluminum guide decks provide added stability with anti-rotation front and rear tie bar rails with two tapped holes at each end. Card guide clusters securely attach to rails with M3.5 or 6-32 machine screws. All exposed surfaces are powder coat over clear chromate for added scratch protection. For higher force applications, an optional stainless steel inject/eject plate upgrade provides additional strength achieving virtually unlimited insertion/extraction cycles and is recommended for 9U tall PCB's and cards deeper than 220mm.

Designed to withstand high shock and vibration, the 901 Series Card Guide System is backed with a full lifetime warranty against breakage.
