TeleTracking's New Real-Time Capacity Management(TM) Platform Will Be Unveiled at HIMSS13 Annual Conference and Exhibition

New TeleTracking Capacity Management Suite(TM) version 3.0 solution will be on display at HIMSS13 Booth # 6619

PITTSBURGH -- TeleTracking Technologies, Inc. announced today that the 2013 Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS13) Annual Conference & Exhibition show in New Orleans will be the preview site for the newest version of its Real-Time Capacity Management(TM) platform.  The just-released Capacity Management Suite(TM) system version 3.0 integrates advanced patient flow, business intelligence, and real-time locating system (RTLS) technologies to give hospital executives unmatched ability to manage operations of their enterprise in real time.

TeleTracking's Real-Time Capacity Management(TM) platform provides hospital administrators, clinicians and managers with real-time visibility and accountability to better manage all areas impacted by patient demand -- patient rooms and beds, operating rooms and procedural areas, workforce management and mobile equipment asset management -- providing unparalleled transparency and maximum performance for a broad spectrum of daily activities, such as transfers, in-patient tracking, staff location, recent admissions, recent discharges, room assignments and cleans, mobile equipment searches, and critical workflow improvement.  Plus, TeleTracking's TransportTracking(TM) and BedTracking® applications are also now supported on Apple(®) iPad devices, improving the mobility and efficiency of transport and Environmental Services (EVS) staff and supervisors.

"Because so much is still done manually in hospitals, time is wasted at virtually every step of the patient experience, from check in to discharge, and transparency is lacking for all who impact patient placement and care delivery," said Michael Gallup, TeleTracking President and COO. "This major advance in Real-Time Capacity Management corrects all of that."

"More than ever, hospitals must operate more efficiently to align resources with care demand," said Michael Zamagias, TeleTracking Board Chairman and CEO. "The potential for clinical excellence depends on how the operational and clinical sides of the hospital interact. The latest release of our Real-Time Capacity Management(TM) solutions, which we'll be demonstrating at HIMSS13, achieves proven clinical and financial results by creating an environment where the arrival of a patient coincides with the availability of a bed or procedural area, the appropriate resources, and the correct medical devices."

TeleTracking solutions will be on display at HIMSS13 in Booth #6619, March 4-7, 2013, Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, New Orleans.  To schedule a demonstration or for media interviews:
