WEYMOUTH, MA — Electroswitch announces the availability of Cam-Action Rotary Switches for industrial use.
Reliable and versatile, these switches boast continuous ratings ranging from 20 to 800 amps at 600 volts, providing up to 12 positions and up to 24 poles. They are ideal for motor loads and feature double-break silver-alloy contacts enclosed in rigid thermoset plastic housing for long life.
Electroswitch Cam-Action Rotary Switches are UL listed, and CSA and CE certified. Most models are available with base mount, door mount, waterproof mount, single-hole mount, two-hole mount, or four-hole mount. Other options include key interlock, key operation, spring return, gear-driven operation, and padlock compatibility.
Cam-Action Rotary Switches have been proven in a wide variety of industrial applications, including ventilation; medical; UPS; and communications, cranes, generators, and motor controls. Pre-configured, application-specific models include Voltmeter Transfer Switches, Ammeter Transfer Switches, Motor Starting Switches, a Motor Reversing Switch, and a Heater Control Switch.
