Vernon Hills, Ill., —With a new Hoffman Engineering PCS-600 calibration system, InnoCal, a division of Cole-Parmer, can now calibrate visible light (400 to 760 nm) meters or lux meters. For photographic, environmental monitoring, safety and health, or industrial applications, InnoCal’s NIST-traceable light meter calibration service ensures the reliability of customers’ photometers.
The expert metrology team from InnoCal can service most makes and models of visible light meters including AEMC, Amprobe, Extech®, Konica Minolta, Lutron®, and Sper Scientific, from 0 to 1000 foot-candles or 0 to 20,000 lux. InnoCal’s NIST-traceable calibration reports include as-found/as-left data with uncertainties compliant with ISO 17025 requirements. This new standard is housed in the InnoCal state-of-the-art light meter calibration laboratory. The lab is designed to provide the light-controlled conditions needed for the most accurate assessment of a luminance meter.
