FTH-30 series cable tie holder snaps in place for installation in panel and holds bundle with pre-assembled cable tie. When tail end of cable tie is inserted, tie holder locks it in place. It can also be used as standard tie holder, using ties that are not pre-assembled.

Richco, Inc. Releases the FTH-30 Series Cable Tie Holder
Richco, Inc. is proud to reveal its new Cable Tie Holder, the FTH-30 series. The cable tie holder is easily installed in a panel; simply snap it in place. The FTH-30 has the same mounting head as a cable tie. It holds in place a bundle with a pre-assembled cable tie. When the tail end of the cable tie is inserted, the tie holder locks it into place. The cable holder can also be used as a standard tie holder, using ties that are not pre-assembled. The FTH-30 holds all Richco WIT-18 series cable ties. This series is RoHS Compliant.
