Nordson ECC 700 Cable Coating Systems Provide Precise Application of Talcs and Superabsorbent Powder Coatings
DULUTH, Georgia - February 17, 2003 - The ECC 700 coating systems from Nordson Corporation (Nasdaq - NDSN) provide precise process control for high-quality reproducible cable coating. The coating systems allow specification of spray guns and spray chambers to accommodate a wide variety of process requirements and materials. Options such as powder flow control units and automatic refill hoppers further customize the systems for individual manufacturing requirements.
The ECC 700 coating systems offer two types of spray guns to optimize performance of various powders. The Tribomatic® spray gun charge results from friction between the powder and inner surface of the gun. Versa-Spray® guns use the corona process to charge powder particles.
