Featuring fully shielded design, CAESA Series provides protection from EMI/RFI and supports speeds up to 6 Gbps. Assemblies include 2 eSATA connectors and 26 AWG cable. With 1 latching SATA II connector and 1 eSATA connector, CAESA2 Series connects eSATA external drives/enclosures to SATA II enabled systems. Assemblies come in lengths of .5, 1, and 2 meters as well as custom lengths.

L-com Releases eSATA and eSATA to Latching SATA II Cable Assemblies
North Andover, MA - April 6, 2009 - L-com Global Connectivity today announced the release of two new series of eSATA cable assemblies for use in high speed storage applications.
The CAESA series are fully shielded providing extra protection from EMI/RFI and support speeds up to three Gigabits per second. These assemblies feature two eSATA connectors and 26 AWG cable.
The CAESA2 series assemblies feature one latching SATA II connector and one eSATA connector to connect eSATA external drives /enclosures to SATA II enabled systems
"In order to support the high speed external storage market we developed this new series of eSATA and SATA II to eSATA assemblies. We currently offer .5, 1 ,and 2 meter lengths off the shelf and can build custom length derivatives," said Steve Smith, Product Manager.
