Featuring 1,000 mm measurement range, WS42 Series integrates precise encoder in compact housing that offers multiple mounting configurations. Sensor is optimized for medical applications such as linear positioning of patient tables used in CT, MRI, and X-Ray diagnostic equipment, and offers resolution of 6 pulses/mm with 5 or 24 V output. To complement digital version, model WS42C offers absolute, analog output with either 1 kohm potentiometer, 10 V, or 4-20 mA output.

The WS42 features the integration of a precise encoder in a cost-effective, ultra-compact housing that offers multiple mounting confi gurations. Because of its accurate output and 1000 mm measurement range, the WS42 is the ideal sensor for the linear positioning of patient tables used in CT, MRI and X-Ray diagnostic equipment. The WS42 sensor is capable of delivering a resolution of 6 pulses per mm with either 5 or 24V output types. To compliment the digital version, the model WS42C offers an absolute, analog output with either 1 kOhm potentiometer, 10V or 4-20mA output.
