CRM Solution Enables Design and Operation of Advanced Workflows
LONDON -- PNMsoft has announced the release of PNMsoft Sequence CRM Edition (SCE), a new product which extends Microsoft Dynamics CRM with Intelligent Workflow Applications. PNMsoft SCE includes the core functionality of Sequence iBPMS (Intelligent Business Process Management Suite), plus a fully integrated CRM solution. PNMsoft SCE extends sales, marketing and service capabilities, enabling the rapid development of advanced CRM workflows which ensure that CRM-related activities are performed in an optimized, visible manner.
Out-of-the-box Integration
