It features 128 MB soldered on DDR2 RAM, 4 COM ports, 2 USB 2.0 ports, and dual 10/100 Ethernet port. Along with 2 MB onboard SPI Flash, board includes both Type I CompactFlash(TM) socket as well as microSD socket.

300 MHz Fanless CPU Module for Rugged and Extended Temperature Applications
Port Coquitlam, BC - June 25, 2008 -Tri-M Engineering announces a rugged, 300MHz CPU module designed to complement their existing PC/104 product line. The VSX104+ is a fanless, design featuring a complement of robust features such as extended temperature operation and soldered DDR2 RAM integrated in a small, low power package. The VSX104+ is RoHS compliant and conforms to the PC/104plus form factor which allows users to easily add a wide-range of low-cost I/O options.
The VSX104+'s 300MHz DM&P Vortex86SX System-on-Chip (SoC) is a high performance and fully static 32-bit X86 processor designed to work with embedded operating systems including Windows®CE, Linux, DOS, and most popuar 32-bit RTOS. Standard features of the VSX104+ include 128MB soldered on DDR2 RAM, four COM ports, two USB2.0 ports and dual 10/100 Ethernet port. In addition to 2MB onboard SPI Flash (floppy emulation), the VSX104+ includes both a Type I CompactFlash(TM) socket as well as a microSD socket.
