Toolmex TUR 800 and 930 MN CNC Lathe, European Quality and Enduring Value
(Schaumburg, Il-) Toolmex Corporation Machine Tool Division has introduced the next generation of top European Manual Plus CNC cycle lathes from their exclusive builder in Poland. Design improvements to the TUR800/930MN lathes make these new and improved models technically superior and more versatile as one of Europe's leading producers, Wafum, has included larger spindles bores, a wide 24" and large contact TRI-V bed for superior accuracy in "Z" axis turning / boring and a greater variety in sizes. Available with Fanuc or Siemen's controls, Toolmex has available stock in Manual, Manual Plus and CNC versions.
The TUR 800 and 930 MN offer a variety of choices. Swings at: 31.5" or 37" swing over bed x 78"-235" bc.. FANUC 21iT with manual guide or SIEMENS 810D Manual Turn control. The TUR can be operated in Manual, Teach-in, Semi-automatic or G code. 30/40 hp main drive with auto shifting, CSS, 24" wide TRI-V bedway, extra large carriage V-ways. Choice of large spindle bores: 5.5", 8.5" or 12.5" (rear nose optional). A maximum load capacity of 9,900 lbs. Bc., 2-range auto shift headstock offering up to 1,800 rpm (on 31.5" with 5.5" bore), Independent traveling control station. Double sliding doors assure easy load-unload of work-piece.
