It does work of multiple CMMs and eliminates need to manufacture and store precision fixtures. Unit images areas over 3 ft in diameter in single view with cycle times of 3–6 sec. Design facilitates integration on factory floor and is suitable for gauging large areas of critical surfaces such as airfoils, auto panels, and automotive glazings.
