ZBA, Inc. Announces High Performance CCD Scan Engine at MDM East 2008


Hillsborough, New Jersey - May 30, 2008 - ZBA, Inc. (Hillsborough, NJ) announces the production release of a new CCD Scan Engine in concert with its participation in the Medical Design and Manufacturing (MDM East) Show at Jacob Javits Center, New York from June 3rd through June 6th, 2008.

The ZLIM-21x is a revolutionary design that's both compact in size and durable making it ideal for medical equipment, kiosks, data collectors, and many other integrated barcode scanning applications.

Having a very small industrial form factor, multiple interfaces and the ability to scan 200 times per second, the engine delivers optimum electrical performance while addressing the reliability needed by the most demanding applications. It's offered with both undecoded and decoded interfaces to provide maximum flexibility for designers.

Coupled with the accompanying ZBA demo board and ZBA customer support, there is no easier or faster way for designers to integrate barcode scanning into OEM products.
