Suited for use in low light level applications, CCD Based Fluorescence Spectrometer uses TE-cooled, 2,048-pixel, linear CCD array to provide extended operation stability and optimized SNR. Cylindrical lens and 100 mm wide slit are used to collect and focus maximum amount of light possible onto 200 mm pixel. Broadband spectral response range provided by this instrument allows detection of wavelength bands characteristic of fluorescence applications.
