July 14, 2011 - Cable designed for CAN-bus applications, available as part of M12 Series 763 product line, features over-molded connectors suited for industrial network applications. Single-ended cordsets are offered in male and female versions with 5 gold-plated contacts. When properly mated, connectors are sealed to IP67 against liquids and debris. Standard cable lengths are 2, 5, and 10 m; custom lengths are available upon request. Mating receptacles and field-attachable connectors are also available.

M12 Over-Molded CAN-Bus Cable Connectors


Binder-USA, a leading global manufacturer and supplier of connectors and cordsets, has expanded its M12 Series 763 product line with a new cable specifically designed for CAN-bus applications. The over-molded connectors are ideally suited for industrial network applications including factory automation.

The single-ended cordsets are offered in both male and female versions with 5 gold-plated contacts. When properly mated the connectors are sealed to an IP67 rating to ensure protection from liquids and debris. Standard cable lengths are 2-, 5- and 10-meters. Other custom lengths are possible upon request.

Mating receptacles and field-attachable connectors are available for a complete M12 connecting system.
