With TransMagic R7 SP2, all TransMagic products can perform multiple operations simultaneously by utilizing dual and quad core computers. Program reads and writes JT files in both visualization and B-Rep forms, and includes CAD version support for CATIA V5 R18, SolidWorks 2008, and ACIS R18 file formats. New Release Supports JT, CATIA V5 R18 and SolidWorks 2008

This version introduces parallel processing technology, a new JT read/write add-on translator, major CAD version support and other usability features.
Large CAD file translation and geometry repair operations are very compute-intensive. With this release, all TransMagic products can perform multiple operations simultaneously by taking advantage of dual and quad core computers. This combination of hardware and software technologies results in significant performance gains for TransMagic users.

TransMagic now reads and writes JT files in both visualization and B-Rep forms. JT files with B-Rep information can be translated as geometry for use in any CAD/CAM/CAE application. With the addition of JT, TransMagic now offers more than 150 different data exchange options in one application.
TransMagic R7 SP2 products are officially certified by Autodesk for use with Inventor 2009. This release includes updated CAD version support for CATIA V5 R18, SolidWorks 2008 and ACIS R18 file formats.
