Resilient seated butterfly valves offer phenolic backed cartridge seat to provide full rated dead-end service on all lug pattern valves. Torque values are minimized by use of 4 Teflon® bushings properly aligned down blowout proof shaft. Valves are manufactured with cast iron bodies; ductile iron nickel plated, aluminum bronze, or 316 SS discs; and Buna-N, EPDM, or Viton resilient seats. They are available in sizes from 2 to 48 in. in wafer and lug patterns.

SSI RESILIENT SEATED BUTTERFLY VALVES
SSI Equipment develops an economical resilient seated Butterfly Valve for Industrial and Commercial HVAC applications up to 200 psig. The design offers a phenolic backed cartridge seat to provide full rated dead-end service on all lug pattern valves. Torque Values are minimized by the use of four (4) Teflon bushings properly aligned down the blowout proof shaft. ISO, API, MSS, & ANSI standards are utilized to ensure customer
compatibility.
SSI Butterfly Valves are manufactured with cast iron bodies, ductile iron nickel plated, aluminum bronze, or 316 SS discs, and Buna-N, EPDM, or Viton resilient seats to cover a wide range of applications. Valves are available sizes from 2" up to 48", in both wafer and lug pattern configurations. They can be supplied with different valve operators to suit your requirements.
