New Bulk Linen Truck Accommodates Extra Heavy Loads Without Bowing or Bulging

3-D Modeling Pinpoints Ideal Placement Of Breakthrough Support Rib Design

Saddle Brook, NJ: Marking its third new product introduction in as many months, laundry product manufacturer Meese Orbitron Dunne Co., Saddle Brook, New Jersey (www.MODLaundry.com), has developed a new bulk linen truck that safely accommodates extra heavy loads up to 700 lbs. Unveiled at Clean '05 on June 23rd at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida, the new MOD 100P features a breakthrough internal rib design and steel-top ring that nearly doubles the strength, structural integrity and load bearing capacity of the cart vs. other carts on comparable footprints. Engineered using state-of-the-art 3-D solid modeling technology, the new MOD 100P enables housekeeping, laundry, material handling and other personnel to load the cart over and above the height of the cart without causing the bowing or bulging that leads to shelf collapse.

The new 100P is available in one-way or roundtrip configurations. As a roundtripper, the 100P features two repositionable, ventilated plastic shelves that slide easily from a horizontal position for clean finished goods delivery to a vertical position for soiled returns. As a one-way cart, the 100P includes non-removable wire shelves. An optional recessed tow hitch protects personnel and walls from impacts and saves space in storage. A bag hook, hanger bar, vacuum stand, bilingual usage information and other options are available while rugged, industrial strength casters are standard. The rotationally molded 100P is offered with either a rust-resistant, powder coated, full-perimeter steel base or the company's new, all-plastic base, which powers over curbs, tailgates and elevator gaps without crumpling, cracking or deteriorating.
