Rotationally Molded, One-Piece, Locking Cover Shuts Tight
Ashtabula, OH: The 72S bulk linen truck from laundry product manufacturer Meese Orbitron Dunne Co., Ashtabula, Ohio (www.MODLaundry.com), features an optional, new, one-piece, rotomolded lid and door that shuts tightly, opens easily and remains safely in the opened position as needed. Stronger than lids and doors that are vacuum formed, injection molded or assembled in multiple pieces, the lockable, rotationally molded lid and door guards against water infiltration to prevent contained laundry from absorbing water, spreading contaminants and increasing the overall weight in the cart while inviting easy, wide access when opened. “The lid and door fit flush into the sides of the cutout instead of lying over the outside,” says Randy Bernstein, Manager of Laundry Services for Maricopa Integrated Health System. “When I saw this and all of these other little details in the functionality, I knew this was the right cart to purchase.”
The MOD 72S bulk laundry truck handles payloads to 1,000 lbs. on the same footprint as classic bulk truck designs yet at a lighter tare weight to haul more laundry using less trips and/or diesel fuel. The 72S is rotationally molded from 100% weatherproof, waterproof polyethylene and comes set atop the MOD poly base and premium, industrial-strength casters. A choice of colors is included and a variety of optional accessories is available.
