June 24, 2003 - Injection molded buckets incorporate raised inside pattern that decreases surface contact and tension, minimizing coefficient of friction to allow easier product release. Texture increases strength, rigidity, and impact characteristics of buckets. Products come in FDA approved, white polypropylene; glass-filled, white polypropylene; and heat resistant Nylon 66. Product is available for 9 and 18 in. S Series Swinglink bucket elevators.

Gough Econ Inc now offers textured buckets to improve the release of sticky product that normally would remain in the bucket. Injection molded buckets with raised inside pattern decreases surface contact and tension, minimizing the coefficient of friction, allowing easier product release from the bucket. The texture also increases strength and rigidity of the bucket, improves impact characteristics and longer life with abrasive products. Buckets available for 9” and 18” “S” Series Swinglink bucket elevators. FDA approved white polypropylene or glass filled white polypropylene and heat resistant Nylon 66.
