January 30, 2007 - Microjammer® variable-speed, brushless dc blowers provide output pressures up to 51 in. H2O and flows up to 26 cfm. Low voltage, 12/24 Vdc blowers feature bearing system and rear-balancing disk standard on 5.1 in. model. Microjammer 3.0, 3.3, and 4.5 in. blowers integrate ½ wave electronic controller into motor to enable compact, 2-wire operation. Optional 8-wire configuration for connection to external, full wave electronic controllers can also be ordered.

Newly Engineered Microjammer Brushless DC Blowers....


Microjammer® variable-speed, brushless DC blowers have been newly engineered for increased life, reduced vibration, and improved performance. These low-voltage, 12/24VDC blowers serve ideally in a wide range of medical and industrial applications, including respiratory equipment, cooling systems, and air sampling equipment, among others.

Their redesigned bearing system contributes to longer life and a rear-balancing disk significantly reduces vibration of the blower's rotating fan system. Both features have been incorporated as standard in the 5.1 in. (130mm) blower and can be specified for blowers in sizes 3.0 in. (76mm), 3.3 in. (84mm), and 4.5 in. (114mm).

Microjammer 3.0, 3.3, and 4.5 in. blower designs further integrate a next-generation ½ wave (uni-polar) electronic controller into the motor to enable compact and improved 2-wire operation. Optional 8-wire configuration for connection to external, full wave (bi-polar) electronic controllers can also be ordered.

Additional options include an FPS (frequency pulse signal) for speed tach output and a separate V+ signal wire for input power to Hall sensors to extend low-speed operation.

Microjammer brushless DC blowers provide output pressures up to 51 in. H20 and flows up to 26 CFM, depending on model. All can be customized to satisfy particular application requirements.
