January 9, 2004 - Minute Man No. 10 Set consists of high-speed steel broaches, bushings, and necessary shims for cutting 1/8, 3/16, 1/4, or 3/8 in. keyways in 9 bore sizes from ½ to 1½ in. Push-type broaches can be used with either hand-operated arbor press or hydraulic press with adequate throat depth.

Versatile Keyway Broach Set Cuts Keyways in Favorite Size Bores
Greenfield, MA - A standard set of high speed steel broaches, bushings and necessary shims designed for cutting 1/8", 3/16", 1/4" or 3/8" keyways in nine bore sizes from 1/2" to 1 1/2" is now available from The duMont Corporation, Greenfield, MA. The Minute Man No. 10 Set will handle a wide variety of keyway cutting --- from an occasional keyway in maintenance or repair --- to limited or quantity production.
The broaches, available from stock, are push-type and can be used with any hand-operated arbor press, or any hydraulic press with adequate throat depth. Requires no special skill or set-up time.
Other keyway broach sets, also available from stock, contain smaller or larger broaches and bushings and extend the range of keyway sizes that can be cut from 1/16" to 3/4" keyways in bores from 1/4" to 3" bore diameter. Individual keyway broaches and bushings are also available, as are broaches for cutting square holes.
