April 30, 2002 - Programmable strain gage transmitters fit onto DIN rail. Four wire PI-B Plug In Isolating Transmitter provides 10 Vdc bridge excitation and enables user to program input and output ranges to interface with measuring, recording, or computing equipment. It can be powered by ac or dc power supply. Two wire LPI-B Loop Powered Bridge Transmitter provides LED indication of loop current. It has reverse polarity protection and requires dc power supply.

New Programmable Isolating Bridge Transmitters For Strain Gage Requirements
The 4 Wire PI-B Plug In Isolating Transmitter is ideal for strain gage sensor requirements. The PI-B provides a 10V DC Bridge Excitation and enables the user to program the input as well as the output ranges to interface with measuring, recording, or computing equipment. The PI-B can be powered by either AC or DC power supply.
The 2 Wire LPI-B Loop Powered Bridge Transmitter offers LED Indication of Loop Current and Reverse Polarity Protection. It requires a DC power supply, and features Bi-Polar Field Programmable Input Ranges. This unit also provides Isolated Input to Output at 2.0kVDC.
Both units are low cost and easy to install using a compact DIN Rail Mount Enclosure, and both are available in standard or special calibration.
