U-10 Brake Cleaner has a low VOC content and improves brake performance by instantly removing brake fluid, dust, dirt, grease and oil without disassembling the brake unit. The VOC content of U-10 Brake Cleaner is <10% which will meet the new California Air Resources Board (CARB) regulations which becomes effective on January 1, 2009.
