Photoelectric and Reflector Bracket Pair Mount and Protect Photoelectric Sensors

Frankfort, NY- SoftNoze announces today the GuardHouse(TM) line of multi-featured brackets for threaded barrel photoelectric sensor. GuardHouse(TM) Brackets are designed to go beyond just holding diffuse, retro-reflective and thru-beam sensors to offer complete and long-term value from automation sensors.

A principle design feature of the SoftNoze GuardHouse(TM) solutions are protective tabs extending around the sensor and reflector to provide protection from physical damage, therefore insuring long life and more reliable sensor operation. Installation and setup is simplified by adjustment slots making sensor-reflector alignment quick and easy. Standard models and models for Unistrut® attachment are available as well as custom solutions to fit virtually any automation application.

Fabricated from heavy gage stainless steel, GuardHouse(TM) brackets resist corrosion and meet FDA requirements. Control engineers and technicians can specify individual brackets for sensors or reflectors, or in pairs to match-up both emitter-receiver sensors and or sensor-reflector pairs. Key applications include food and packaging conveyors.
