Scripting functions such as SPI and I2C functions, GPIO control, 3rd-party program execution, and access to test session information are included. Supporting multiple ID codes/boundary-scan device, suite also offers ScanExpress JET support for ARM Cortex-M3 and Cortex-A8 cores.

Corelis Releases New CD Version 7.5 Boundary-Scan Tool Suite
CD Features IEEE-1149.6 Test Development Automation, Expanded Scripting.

test and measurement tools, announced the availability of the latest version of its powerful ScanExpress Boundary-Scan Tool Suite. The new Version 7.5 CD accelerates IEEE-1149.6 test development with new automation features. ScanExpress TPG now includes automatic identification and classification of resistors and capacitors involved in IEEE-1149.6 high speed, AC-coupled, and differential circuits.
CD improvements also include:
o New scripting functions including SPI & I2C functions, GPIO control, third-party program execution, and access to test session information.
o Support for multiple ID codes per boundary-scan device.
o Project archive wizard for exporting, transporting, and restoring ScanExpress projects.
o New ScanExpress JET support for ARM Cortex-M3 & Cortex-A8 cores.
o Additional ScanExpress JET processor support for STM32x, MPC831x, i.MX1, and i.MXL CPUs.
