Incorporating mechanical mechanisms for drive, filling, and capping, MB 60M is used for filling and capping liquids/creams at up to 60 bottles/min. Product can be used with vibratory feeding systems, and containers may be fed by timing infeed screw or placed directly into starwheel. Mechanical volumetric filling system has ±0.5% max accuracy. Automatic cap feeding and placement, Allen Bradley PLC and PanelView Plus 600 HMI controls, and Category 3 polycarbonate safety guarding are standard.

ESS Technologies Introduces Cost-Effective Mechanical Monoblock Filler/Capper Machine
Blacksburg, VA - ESS Technologies, Inc. has expanded its line of Monoblock Filler/Capper machines to include the new MB 60M, a fully mechanical option to the popular MB 60 servo machine. By incorporating mechanical mechanisms for the drive, filling, and capping mechanisms, this newest model in the MB Series provides a very cost-effective, high quality solution for filling and capping liquids and creams at up to 60 bottles per minute.
ESS engineers designed the MB 60M to use cost-effective vibratory feeding systems for vials, bottles, micro-tubes, etc. Containers may be fed via a timing infeed screw or placed directly into the starwheel using an automated feedings system. The mechanical volumetric filling system has a filling accuracy up to +/-0.5%. Other types of filling systems may be specified, including powder fillers. Automatic cap feeding and placement with sensors to verify the presence of all components comes standard on the MB 60M. Balcony design allows for easy cleaning and maintenance of the MB 60M.
Allen Bradley PLC and PanelView Plus 600 HMI controls are standard for all models in the MB series as is Category 3 polycarbonate safety guarding. The MB 60M may be upgraded to servo drive, filling, and torque systems if desired. Options for the MB 60M include a variety of filling pumps, net weigh filling, XP controls for flammable liquids, soft reject systems, integrated nitrogen purge systems, and integrated labelers or coders.
