Web transport is achieved by servo drive with creep-feed start-up that allows for precise positioning of filled base web. FAIRFIELD, NJ -The OYSTAR USA Pharmaceutical Packaging Division (formerly IWKA PacSystems) has introduced the OYSTAR IWK Blisterpac BP 5. The cGMP compliant blister machine is designed for an output speed of 300 blisters per minute and offers fast, tool-less changeovers.
The OYSTAR IWK Blisterpac BP 5 features flexible and user-friendly work stations designed to ensure enhanced productivity for the highest quality products:
o The product feeding area's modular design allows for extensions needed for multi-phase products. All product feeding drives can be integrated into one unit for a simple exchange of feeding systems.
o Web transport is achieved by a servo drive with a gentle, creep-feed start-up that allows for the precise positioning of the filled base web in the work stations.
o Platen sealing station, with integrated cooling. Sealing temperatures are monitored and automatically controlled to guarantee excellent sealing results.
