Blister card cutting system, BCS(TM), allows original format of blister cards to be cut into different sizes. After operator places blister cards into this unit, it will automatically cut to size. This reduces waste, tooling cost, and delivery time. Offered as bench-top or in-line model with blister machine, product plugs into 110 Vac outlet and features vertical magazine. Feeding to shear cutting station is automatic, and machine is also capable of rounded corners and radius cuts.

AZCO's new blister card cutting system BCS(TM) allows the original format of blister cards to be cut into different sizes. Just place the blister cards into this unit and it will automatically cut to size; thus reducing waste, tooling cost, and shortening delivery time.
Simple to use and compact in size, the BCS(TM)comes in two models; either as a bench top, or as an in-line unit with the blister machine. Just plug the unit into 110vac outlet and place the blisters to be cut into the vertical magazine. The blisters are automatically fed into a shear cutting station. After the blisters are cut into strips, they may be placed into a tray or onto a conveyor. The shear cut blades provide clean cuts and a long life. The AZCO BCS(TM) - series unit operates at a high-cycle rate and offers extremely fast changeover. Rounded corners and radius cuts are also possible.
