December 5, 2001 - Model ZB-100F MB fan-cooled Black Light can be used to energize Power Packs or Wet Benches remotely in checking for cracks in long parts. Remote button integrated into its handle eliminates continuous returns to MPI Unit to initiate another mag shot. ZB-100F MB can be retrofitted into existing equipment via kits designed for particular MPI Units.

When Magnetic Particle Inspection is needed to check for cracks in long parts, use the ZB-100F MB Black Light to energize your Power Packs or Wet Benches remotely. The newly designed fan cooled black light has a remote button intergraded into the handle of the black light to eliminate the need to continuously return to the MPI Unit to initiate another mag shot. The new light can be easily retrofitted into your existing equipment by obtaining the specific kit designed for you particular MPI Unit. A schematic and instruction sheet is provided with each new light.
