SaniPure™ -60 Biopharmaceutical Tubing

Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics introduces SaniPure™-60; a clear, flexible tubing with unsurpassed biocompatibility that is heat sealable, bondable, weldable, and moldable for custom assembly fabrications.

SaniPure™-60 has an ultra-smooth inner bore which reduces potential particle entrapment and microscopic build-up; helps facilitate complete sanitation of the fluid transfer while improving flow characteristics. It has superior peristaltic pump life and is fully autoclavable and sterilizable.

SaniPure™-60 has an absorption rate lower than virtually all elastomeric tubing currently in use, ensuring that common preservatives which are added during processing are fully optimized. SaniPure™-60 has low protein binding characteristics which minimize active ingredient loss, as well as, low permeability qualities that helps maintain proper pH levels.

SaniPure™-60 tubing complies fully with the requirements of USP Class VI, European Pharmacopoeia 3.2.6 and FDA 21 CFR Part 177.2600 criteria and is entirely non-cytotoxic, non-pyrogenic, and non-hemolytic. To ensure the superior characteristics of SaniPure™-60, many other tests have been performed for biocompatibility and are documented for sensitive applications.

For additional information on Sani-Pure™-60, contact Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics Corporation at 800-798-1554 or visit our website at www.biopharm.saint-gobain.com.
