Liquid Control’s Desktop XYZ Automation Dispensing Machine
N. CANTON, OHIO — Following successful acceptance of the C-500 XYZ Dispensing Work cell, Liquid Control the knowledge leader in dispensing equipment is introducing the new XYZ dispensing bench top version, the C-450.
Taking advantage of all the software development done on the C-500 Windows Based software, Liquid Control launched the new C-450 Desktop Dispensing platform. It combines the portability of a desktop system, and the robustness of the C-500 technology.
The C-450 XYZ automation platform a bench top system with one of the largest payload capacity and ruggedness dispensing platform in the market. It is designed for applications such as gasketing, sealing, bonding, encapsulation, filling, and other automated dispensing needs. It is offered with a 13 x 11 inch motion envelope, servo motor drive, and +/-.001 repeatability. The windows based software, loaded on a separate laptop, makes programming simple and fast, even for someone that has never programmed before. A graphical LCD interface provides all the commands for operating the unit.

The C-450 XYZ motion platform has all the controls to easily and seamlessly combine with most of Liquid Control's single and plural component valves. A typical two-component dispenser would be the Liquid Control PosiDot® with point-of dispense-meter-mixing capability using a patented disposable motionless mixer. The precise PosiDot®, seamlessly synchronizes motion with two-component dispensing.
