DIN Rail Cutter Cuts All Popular DIN Rails
IRVING, TEXAS, MARCH 15, 2004. Yes Controls introduces an all-in-one, bench-mount, DIN rail cutter designed to cut all popular types of DIN rail. Designated Model A-559, this industrial grade tool accurately cuts rail profiles: TS35, (35 mm x 7.5 mm symmetrical), T35C, (35 mm x 15 mm heavy duty symmetrical), TS35R, (35 mm x 15 mm symmetrical reinforced steel or aluminum), TS32, (32 mm x 15 mm asymmetrical), and TS15 (15 mm x 5.5 mm symmetrical miniature). This DIN rail cutter's powerful lever action cuts precisely with minimal force, eliminating uneven cuts, deformation of the rail, or burrs created by other cutting methods. A die change is not necessary in order to cut the different types of DIN rail. The rail cutter includes a one meter measuring guide and end stop to let users measure exact rail lengths.
The DIN rail cutter is designed to operate after being firmly mounted on a bench. A 28" high leverage handle guarantees fast, rail cuts with clean edges eliminating the time consuming handwork to smooth rough edges. The unit also punches oblong holes, 0.35" x 0.20" (8.8 mm x 5 mm), in either direction at any point on the axis of the rail.
