Kimberly-Clark Professional Introduces Scott® Coreless JRT® JR. Bath Tissue

ROSWELL, Ga. (February 28, 2003) - Kimberly-Clark Professional created excitement in the otherwise mundane world of bath tissue with its 2001 introduction of Coreless Single Roll Bath Tissue. Now, the company brings its coreless innovation to the Jumbo Roll format with a new coreless tissue and dispensing system designed to make restroom maintenance easier.
New SCOTT® Coreless JRT® Jr. Bath Tissue is equivalent in length to six standard rolls of bath tissue. With no hole or cardboard core, it provides 15 percent more tissue and 75 percent less stub roll waste than standard JRT® Jr. tissue.

The dispenser has a 28 percent smaller footprint than the leading standard jumbo roll tissue dispenser and has 80 percent fewer parts.
