"Clean Curtains" Give a Clean Break for Food Processors
(Pewaukee, WI) A chronic sanitation problem for food and other processors is doing a washdown without splashing nearby active processing operations. With plant utilization being a strategy to maximize investment in the facility, tightly located processes is a fact of life. To solve this issue, Goff Enterprises introduces a line of Curtain Walls specially developed to give the protection and flexibility food processors need.
Goff designed these "Clean Curtains" partitions to fit in with the sanitation needs of food processing environment. These curtains have a slick surface able to shed water and soils, and are available either in a 40 mil PVC, 40 mil USDA grade PVC or 40 mil antimicrobial PVC. To eliminate trapped contamination the curtains have welded seams and do not have sewn joints or hems.
Curtain panels are clear from top to bottom for visibility to make a brighter working area. The Clean Curtain panels overlap to prevent wash breakthrough, yet allow traffic to pass easily to from one area to the next.
The 304 stainless steel roller and track assembly are designed for easy cleaning. The assembly includes 1.5 in. diameter stainless steel tube, 1 in. Delron rollers, stainless steel bushings and a stainless steel stamped saddle.
