Designed for precision manufacturing applications, Alpha ST 320 feeds round bar stock from .12-.78 in. dia, while Alpha ST 212 loads small diameter, round bar stock from .078-.47 in. using positive mechanical device to advance bar stock into loading position. From this point, nylon screw and gravity feeds bar into channel, eliminating multiple or failed bar loading. Synchronization system for use with high-speed sliding headstock machines is standard on ST 212 and optional on ST 320.
