July 20, 2012 - Designed for flat commercial rooftops, InstaRack uses embedded bolts, pre-inserted channel nuts, and 5/16 x 7/8 in. standardized bolt size for every fitting to facilitate installation. All connections are made with impact driver. By performing grounding through bonding jumper, strut rail, and Wiley WEEB hardware, InstaRack minimizes grounding hardware, requiring only 2 grounding lugs at end of each row.

One size fits all

We standardized on one bolt size for every fitting (5/16" x 7/8"). This simplifies the whole process.

Embedded bolts

The embedded bolts make the attachment of the top strut even easier. With this new feature all connections are performed top-down with an impact driver.

Bonding Jumper

The integrated bonding jumper simplifies grounding with the InstaRack. By performing grounding through the bonding jumper, the strut rail and the Wiley WEEB hardware, the InstaRack greatly reduces grounding hardware and time. Only two grounding lugs are necessary at the end of each row.

Pre-inserted channel nuts

The pre-inserted channel nuts ensure that all connections are top-down. Simply use the bolts provided to attach the lower strut to the InstaRacks.
