Featuring bi-directional trunnion-style enclosure and blowout proof, one-piece stem, Trunnion Style Ball Valves come in 2- to 5-way configurations suited for severe-duty operation. Independently adjustable, spring loaded seats maximize valve life and provide leak tight performance. Available with port sizes of 3/16, ¼", 3/8 or ½ in., valves are made of 316 cold worked stainless steel with glass-filled Teflon® packing, glass-filled PEEK seats, and Viton seals.

New Trunnion Style Ball Valves Handle Pressures up to 20,000 PSI in Severe Duty Applications
ERIE, PA - Innovative Pressure Technologies (IPT) introduces Trunnion Style Ball Valves for working pressures up to 20,000 psi. Designed and manufactured in the USA, these valves feature a bi-directional trunnion-style enclosure and a blowout proof, one piece stem ideal for severe duty operation in critical service process isolation, sour gas, hydraulic process fluid, and automated service with actuator applications. Triple trunnion bearings facilitate high cycle life and low torque operation. Independently adjustable, spring loaded seats provide long valve life and repeatable, leak tight performance.
Trunnion style ball valves are available with three standard mounting options for quick mounting to specific application needs. Standard available port sizes are 3/16", ¼", 3/8" or ½". Standard connections include Male of Female NPT, M/P Cone and Thread, and H/P Cone and Thread. 2- to 5-way valve configurations optimize process control, with an optional 3-way valve available for switching or diverting operation. Additional available options include handle configurations for color coding and valve lockout, and wetted parts made from other exotic material. They are available with electric, pneumatic or hydraulic actuators and accessories for remote operation.
Typical materials of construction include 316 cold worked stainless steel, glass-filled Teflon packing, glass-filled PEEK seats and Viton seals, with other materials available upon request. Large selections of tube and pipe fittings are available.
