Cost Effective Bag Filter for High Flow Rate Applications
The MAXILINE(TM) MBF HD Multi-Bag Filter Housing from Eaton has been designed for cost sensitive, high flow rate liquid filtration applications. Processes with flow rates up to 4500 gallons per minute can now take advantage of all the benefits offered by bag filtration system's low cost filter media, high dirt holding capacity, and inexpensive disposal costs for used media.
The MAXILINE MBF HD features a rugged, hand wheel operated davit cover that provides years of dependable service in most demanding industrial and commercial applications. For filter media changeout simply remove the cover, loosen the cover eye bolts, turn the hand wheel to raise the cover, and swing it aside. No overhead cranes or external lifting gear are required. A hydraulic assist davit cover is available as an option.
The full featured, cost-effective Eaton MAXILINE MBF HD Filter Housing has unique 3 point filter bag hold downs or bayonet fittings to ensure the seal between each filter bag and the housing body protects against process media by-pass. And every MAXILINE MBF HD Housing comes standard with an ASME "U" Code Stamp and has a side entry design with a low profile tangential outlet to make removal and installation of filter bags easier.
The MAXILINE MBF HD Filter Housings feature standard electro-polished perforated filter bag restrainer baskets and a bead blasted exterior finish. They are available in Type 304 Stainless Steel or Carbon Steel in 3 to 24 filter bag designs.
