Equipped with translucent, light-passing belt, AccuVision Internal Backlit Conveyors use high-intensity LED modules, providing uniform light field for automatic or manual visual inspection. Light field is available in 6 widths from 2-12 in. and 5 lengths from 6-30 in. Offered in belt widths of 2.5-24 in., conveyors come with fixed speed, variable speed, and indexing drives with controlled accel/decel. LEDs are available in white and red for compatibility with digital cameras.

Backlit Conveyors Feature High-Intensity LEDs to Illuminate Parts for Superior Visual Inspection
Customizable light field optimizes inspection accuracy and efficiency, while low-profile, open-side conveyor design saves space, maintenance, and belt-changeover time
August 2007 - AccuVision Internal Backlit Conveyors make visual inspection more accurate and efficient with upgrade to new high-intensity LED light modules. An engineering first from Conveyor Technologies Ltd., the AccuVision conveyor design features a translucent, light-passing belt. The LED system penetrates the translucent belt with an intense, uniform light field, optimally illuminating part shape for superior automatic or manual visual inspection. The conveyors are available in a comprehensive selection of belt widths and light field choices to meet inspection needs of a wide range of industries.
The LED Light Modules are resistant to damage from shock or vibration. Freedom from frequency oscillation makes them ideal for high-speed digital cameras. LEDs are available in both white and red light versions for improved compatibility with digital cameras and operate on 15V DC. Vastly superior service life - rated in years - virtually eliminates light replacement.
AccuVision's light field is available in six widths (2" - 12") and five lengths (6" - 30"). The backlit conveyors can be ordered in belt widths from 2.5" to 24". The low-profile conveyor bridge is only 2.28" high, even with the LED light module mounted inside. Isolation mounts dampen vibration. AccuVision conveyor drives are available in fixed speed, variable speed, and indexing drives with controlled accel/decel.
A rigid single-piece steel frame features extruded aluminum side raiIs with dual tee-slots for attachment of auxiliary devices. AccuVision retains Conveyor Technologies exclusive design features, including open stand design and two-minute belt change. Sealed-for-life bearings and drive system eliminate the potential for belt and product contamination, delivering virtually maintenance-free operation.
The AccuVision Internal Backlight Conveyor is part of a patented, modular product concept from Conveyor Technologies that is foundation to 15 different low-profile conveyor types. The modular system has a two-year warranty with unlimited hours, and allows extensive interchangeability of components within the different conveyor types.
