Measuring 8 ½ x 6 ½ ft with optional labeling system, Model SW can erect, load, and seal cases. Unit features stainless steel frame, ergonomic corrugated magazine with 34 in. infeed level, and collating systems adapted to nature, shape, and rigidity of product. Depending on products, side-loading machine can process up to 18 cases/min. AB Compact Logix and PV 1000+ colored touch screen are standard and can interface with plant management systems.

New Automatic Case Packer for RSC & Wrap Around Cases
Cermex introduced the new SW side loading case packer able to erect, load and seal cases (RSC and/or wrap around) within 8½ x 6½ ft compact unit, including optional labeling system. Features include a stainless steel frame, ergonomic (34" infeed level) corrugated magazine, collating systems adapted to the nature, shape and rigidity of your product and up to 18cases/min output depending on products. The new SW can either tape or glue seal RSC cases, and offers performance, flexibility and smoothness thanks to servo-driven technologies. The AB Compact Logix and PV 1000+ colored touch-screen is a standard with capabilities to interface with plant management systems and on-line tech support.
