Fluid Research Introduces Reliable Automatic Dispensing of Water-Based Fluxes

Tustin, CA - Fluid Research Corporation (FRC), a leading innovator and manufacturer of precision dispensing equipment, has introduced the FX-101-AR, a dedicated water-based flux dispensing system.

The durable FX-101-AR automatically manages fluxes while providing months of reliable production before maintenance is due. Designed with FRC's proprietary progressing cavity pump technology, the FX-101-AR completely eliminates manual handling of fluxes and provides excellent resistance to abrasive fillers and acidic chemistries.

"Highly accurate dispensing combined with low maintenance requirements translate to a low cost of ownership with the highest reliability," says Michael Mummert, FRC's Director of Sales and Marketing. "Add decreased labor costs, reduced material waste, improved worker safety, and increased productivity and the FX-101-AR is a real boost to the bottom line."

The FRC advantage is in solving diverse and complex fluid management problems with highly customized solutions. Custom urethane dispensing systems can be built for ratios of 1:1 to 20:1 and flow rates from 1 gram/sec to 6 liters/min or greater. FRC is able to dispense fluid viscosities from 1 cP (water) to over 1 million cP.
