August 30, 2004 - Used with any load capacity, PBI-CG automatically determines and monitors center of gravity. Computerized weight sensing eliminates human error, as unit calculates, pinpoints, and displays center of gravity in terms of distance coordinates from known reference points for lateral and longitudinal dimensions. Product requires one setup for each load type and stores multiple craft settings for any kind of equipment.

The unit conveniently takes over the calculations for you , and immediately pinpoints and displays the center of gravity — in terms of distance coordinates from known reference points on your structure — for both lateral (side by side) and longitudinal (front to back) dimensions.
Requiring only a single setup for each load type, the unit will store multiple craft settings for any kind of equipment. The system is expandable from four low profile cells with base plates and a force acquisition/computational instrument. Measurements from one pound to any capacity can be rapidly, accurately, and automatically calculated..
